1. Data controller

The controller responsible for processing the personal data collected through this website is an individual who owns the domain parellaestable.cat, reachable at the following email address: privacitat@parellaestable.cat.

2. Data we collect

Through the waiting list form, we collect the following data:

• Email address (required): to contact you when the product is ready.
• Age (required): to verify you're 18 or older.
• Intent (required): the type of relationship you're looking for.
• Free-text message (optional): any additional information you'd like to share.

If you fill in the free-text field, you may include special-category data (beliefs, life plans, etc.). We recommend not including medical information or especially sensitive data.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed solely to manage the Parellaestable.cat waiting list and to send you updates about the product's development.

The legal basis is your explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you grant by ticking the boxes on the form. You can withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

4. Data retention

We'll keep your data for as long as the service is active or until you request its deletion. Should the service remain inactive for 24 months, we will delete the collected data.

5. Who has access to the data

Data is collected and stored through Netlify, Inc. (2325 3rd Street, Suite 215, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which acts as data processor. Netlify may involve an international transfer of data outside the European Economic Area, covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We do not share your data with any other entity, nor do we use it for third-party commercial or advertising purposes.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access: know what data we hold about you.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure: request the deletion of your data.
• Objection: object to the processing of your data.
• Portability: receive your data in a structured format.
• Restriction: restrict the processing of your data.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

7. Security

We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or accidental destruction. Communications between your browser and our server use TLS (HTTPS) encryption.

8. Minors

The service is exclusively for people aged 18 or older. If we learn that a minor has provided their data, we'll delete it immediately. If you're a parent or guardian and believe your minor child has provided data, contact us at privacitat@parellaestable.cat.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy to adapt it to legal or service changes. We'll inform you by email of any significant change. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.

10. Analytics

We use Umami Analytics to measure how this site is used. Umami doesn't use cookies or share data with third parties. All information is kept private and encrypted.
